We\xe2\x80\x99re excited to share a rare opportunity for a new member to join our finance team! We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a working student Production Accountant to work closely with the Production teams to support financial efficiency and reporting. This position could be worked remotely from within Germany.

Responsibilities include:

• \n
• Perform a weekly AR Aging review with the Production accountant and action any specific requests for collection\n
• Follow up with clients on past due invoices and ensure timely payment receipt. Will provide accurate details on applying cash to the correct invoices\n
• Raises and reconcile intercompany invoices for North America\n
• Support the finance team with annual audits & maintain necessary documentation\n
• Maintains the SAP client creation portfolio\n
• Supporting the finance team in day-to-day business\n

Experience and Attributes

• \n
• Business/accounting/financial degree or equivalent qualification\n
• First practical experience in the Finance Department is an advantage \n
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook)\n
• VFX industry knowledge desirable but note essential\n
• SAP knowledge desirable\n
• Motivated by a challenge/problem and with an ability to problem solve \n
• Ability to focus on completion of tasks in a timely manner to meet deadlines.\n
• Excellent communicator, written and verbal. \n
• Inquisitive and proactive approach to work\n
• Must already be eligible to work in Germany with valid student status or student visa.\n
