You are responsible to scale & steer our group of subsidiaries within solar, heating and installation services
You are responsible for the P&L of our subsidiaries and directly steer our subsidiary MDs to realize our growth ambition
You negotiate M&A deals, manage the owners during the earn-out phase and ensure a smooth integration into our corporate group
You drive growth despite the shortage of skilled workers, define and implement strategies to scale our business
You build-up an E.ON owned installation workforce
You ensure our HSE standards and drive a HSE culture throughout our FEH business including all our subsidiaries and partners
You lead and develop a performance orientated, interdisciplinary team
Finding, retaining and developing our talents is also one of your tasks
You drive change towards an agile, customer centric organization and a divers and open culture A Convincing Background
A degree in engineering, or business administration; executive education preferred
You can show at least 5 years of senior leadership experience with an energy, clean tech or installation service background
You are an experienced leader and you have proven track records in building new business, especially within corporate structures and in steering & growing subsidiaries
In the German installation, solar or heat-pump market you have profound knowledge and management experience
You have proven to form high performing teams in agile structures focusing on business impact and you have hired and developed talents
Your entrepreneurial thinking is paired with pragmatism and can-do mentality, and you have experience in working with the German "Mittelstand & Handwerk"
You are experienced in managing multiple stakeholders in parallel and driving success by collaboration across several entities of internal and external partners
