Als Sales Agent in unserem mobile store auf der Base der U.S Army, tauchst du in die amerikanische Kultur ein und das, ohne das Land zu verlassen.

Unser Shop befindet sich in der Shopping Mall der Base in Ansbach (N\xc3\xa4he N\xc3\xbcrnberg) \xe2\x80\x93 auch der Food Corner f\xc3\xbcr die Mittagspause ist nicht weit.

• Gemeinsam mit deinem Team k\xc3\xbcmmerst du dich mit Leidenschaft um unsere amerikanischen Kunden im Shop
• Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle f\xc3\xbcr alle Kunden, die gerade auf der Base angekommen sind \xe2\x80\x93 denn um im neuen Land zu kommunizieren, brauchen sie zuerst einen Mobilfunkvertrag! Hierzu ber\xc3\xa4tst du sie sicher zu den Produkten aller Mobilfunkanbieter (bspw. Telekom, Vodafone oder 02) und bekannten Hardwarehersteller
• Kundenservice wird in Amerika gro\xc3\x9f geschrieben- du hast bei jeglichen Anfragen rund um unser Mobilfunkportfolio stets den Servicegedanken im Kopf
• Dein Verkaufstalent zeichnet sich darin aus, automatisch Kundenbed\xc3\xbcrfnisse zu erkennen und kreativ neue Ideen bei der Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktionen zu entwickeln?

• You will work together with your team to service our customers in the store enthusiastically
• You are the first point of contact for all customers who arrived on base - because to communicate in the new country, customers first need a mobile phone contract! You will advise them on the products of all mobile phone providers (e.g. Telekom, Vodafone or 02) and popular hardware manufacturers.
• Customer service is very important in America - You will always remember to keep the service concept in mind whenever you receive questions about offers, tariffs and technology
