Are you an experienced SAP expert looking for an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our SAP landscape? We are seeking an open-minded and experienced Transition and Migration Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront in consolidating our ERP landscape and implementing end-to-end solutions based on S/4Hana.

What part will you play?

• You will lead and guide a team of dedicated experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment for Migrations, Carve-Outs, Mergers, Reorganization, Data Cleansing and other Transformation scenarios
• Also you will provide mentorship and support to team members, encouraging their professional growth and development
• You will develop clear and detailed project plans, outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Ensuring adherence to audit standards and regulatory requirements in how to move data from one ERP system to the other will be one of your tasks
• You will plan and execute seamless cutover activities during project go-lives, minimizing disruption to business operations
• Furthermore you will manage project budgets effectively, monitoring expenses and ensuring adherence to allocated funds

What you need to make real what matters.

• In you, we are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor or Master\'s degree in computer science, software engineering, business informatics, or business economics
• Many years of experience in SAP solutions, with a focus on data migration, will be highly valued
• Your ability to effectively manage SAP migration projects demonstrates your expertise in the field
• Furthermore, your talent in leading and mentoring technical and also process oriented teams, providing valuable guidance and support, makes you a strong asset
• You have experience in Transition and Migration Management with SAP S/4HANA based on SAP-Migration Cockpit (MYD) or SNP Crystal Bridge
• Your excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills will be instrumental in overcoming complex challenges
• Equally important are your exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, which enable you to collaborate seamlessly with cross functional teams and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Your background in working with international agile teams and handling large-scale projects applying SAFe methodology further enhances your qualifications

Optional skills:

• Experiencing knowledge in ERP business processes is a plus
• An inspiring character and team building skill is beneficial
