Your Role

the technical and disciplinary leadership and control of a software development team

participating in "roadmap" planning and ensuring its execution as we implement capabilities for our e-commerce solutions in an enterprise environment

Supporting the team in the agile development process with multiple scrum teams

designing and coordinating personnel development of team members and conducting employee appraisals

Your Profile

At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position in the area of agile software development

High expertise in could native development and experienced in microservice landscape

Development experience in C# and/or Java and/or React/Angular (in the beginning of the career)

A goal and outcome oriented manner, structured, and methodical way of working in a very complex environment

Enjoy working with other people and the ability to inspire your team as a motivator and coach
