• Development of Customer Solutions: Lead the process of designing, realizing and implementing customer specific configurations and development for spectrum management system projects.
• Process Optimization: Provide expert guidance to our international customers to optimize their business processes, emphasizing standardization and alignment with our solutions.
• Requirements Management: Create and manage a prioritized requirements list, ensuring that customer needs are efficiently and effectively met.
• Work Package Definition: Define, structure, and continually prioritize work packages for development, configuration and test-runs of customer solutions.
• Release Coordination: Coordinate release schedules at project, increment, and sprint levels, ensuring seamless project execution.

• Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills, able to create descriptive models and diagrams to convince stakeholders.
• Education: Have successfully completed vocational training, studies, or dual studies in engineering, preferably in the field of radio communications.
• Professional Experience: Ideally, have relevant professional experience in technical specification in the area of software development.
• IT and Agile Experience: Experience in IT systems and Cloud Hosting and familiarity with working in Scrum teams is a plus.
• Internationality: Fluency in English (additional languages would be an advantage) and willingness to travel worldwide.
