\nYour Role
\nJoin our Internal IT Team as EMnify grows! Be a key player in our mission to become the global leader in the IoT space. We work with many Stakeholders within the organization to Plan, Implement, Rollout and Support their initiatives as well as our own team projects. We are a go to team for questions, issues, or concerns around those initiatives. Importantly we ensure we are customer centric and provide world class user experience for all users.
\nYour Impact
\n- \n
- Deep expertise setting up, configuring, and managing Microsoft365 and accounts and services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive \n
- \n
- Responding to user support requests related to Microsoft365 and troubleshooting issues. \n
- \n
- You have experience in planning and overseeing, implementation, and monitoring phases of IT projects from the beginning to the end. \n
- \n
- Overseeing Onboarding and Offboarding processes as well as refining those process as we scale. \n
- \n
- Providing escalated support to our Tier I Engineers \n
- \n
- Ability to administer and troubleshoot Mac and Apple Environments MDM \n
- \n
- Understanding in Networking hardware and protocols. \n
- \n
- A/V setup, configuration, and troubleshooting knowledge. \n
- \n
- Setup, configuration, and administration of Printers and Print Servers\n

- High level of Troubleshooting skills both Frontline and Infrastructure systems \n
