Close collaboration with our global and local Key Account Management team to support with customer specific requests
Set up customized reportings on customer request
Support Key Account and Sales Management with sales lead data generation and cleaning
Control/Steer/Guide local/multinational commercial and technical implementation processes
Ensure 1st Level Support
Support with operational and conceptual tasks in the day-to-day business of the Key Account Management
Collaboration with Key Account sales teams on projects
Active part in daily operations with the opportunity to take responsibility for own projects
You will gain experience working with customer data and get to improve your communications skills in an international working environment with clients around the world and interaction with different interfaces in the HQ and with our international offices
Furthermore, you will support the team with various tracking activities
