As an EMTEC Strategy Developer, you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring your analytical expertise to work on projects for the Strategy Division. You\xe2\x80\x99ll provide strategy support to a Combatant Command client, including writing, analyzing, coordinating, implementing, and assessing strategies and processes. You will conduct analysis, provide recommendations, and support staff planning. You\xe2\x80\x99ll coordinate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategy and processes to advance client missions. You\xe2\x80\x99ll support participation in Joint Staff and Combatant Command strategy conferences, working groups, and staff processes. You\xe2\x80\x99ll leverage decision-support products to inform senior-leader decisions. You\xe2\x80\x99ll facilitate senior leader participation in Joint Staff and CCMD meetings and events to advocate on behalf of command equities and promote priority talking points. You\xe2\x80\x99ll bring experience and expertise with strategy development and implementation processes and programs. You\xe2\x80\x99ll apply consulting skills, including technical expertise and knowledge. You Have:
6+ years of experience with military planning and exercises
2+ years of experience supporting high-level headquarters staff, including component, TSOC, CCMD, Service HQ, or Joint Staff
Experience developing talking points and briefing materials for General or Flag Officers
Experience managing complex and multi-functional projects across multiple geographic areas
Experience conducting gap analysis to identify shortfalls in exercises, exercise communication capabilities, and training capabilities to identify risks to client\xe2\x80\x99s core mission, and component and subordinate commands
Ability to identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans
Ability to be a self-starter, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, work independently and as part of a team, analyze complex data, and prioritize tasks
Ability to travel both CONUS and OCONUS for meetings and exercises
Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual\xe2\x80\x99s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD).
