For our office in Cologne we are looking for a Sr. Safety Engineer (m/w/d)

\n

What we need:

\n
  • \n
  • Leadership skills in Safety Engineering with ability to handle complex multi-office projects\n
  • Managing the financial aspects of the discipline, including the man-hour estimates and margin goals. Ensures effective management of change\n
  • Safety studies, e.g. HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA\n
  • Safety philosophies\n
  • Hazardous area classification studies, ignition control\n
  • Heat radiation calculations\n
  • Safety reviews & risk assessments\n
  • Fire Protection, Safety & loss prevention\n
  • Consequence Assessments, Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)\n
  • Legislation & regulations\n

What you need:

  • \n
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering or in another relevant engineering discipline from an internationally accredited university;\n
\n
  • \n
  • Experience of Safety Engineering work in the Energy Transition (Petro-) chemical industry\n
\n
  • \n
  • Experience of Safety Engineering work for projects in the Germany\n
\n
  • \n
  • Capable of working independently\n
\n
  • \n
  • In the possession of driver\xe2\x80\x99s license\n
\n
  • \n
  • Familiar with German, European and International rules and regulations related to Safety Engineering\n
\n
  • \n
  • German & English language\n
\n
\n
