\n Within the area of finance, controlling and accounting our department "Treasury, Tax & Export Control" is concentrating on and taking responsibility of the treasury-, tax- and export controll topics inside the organisation and the entire sub-group, having a close connection to the VW-Group divisions of Tax, Treasury & Export Control and our international affiliated subsidaries.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Implementation and further expansion of Export Control- and Customs processing according to local and international legal requirements to ensure the cross-border flow of goods, cars, technical components and mainly software/hardware/licenses
• Organization and implementation of compliance in the field of Export Control and Foreign Trade Law within the organization e.g. with regard to people, countries, goods, technologies, software/licenses and technology transfer for all company processes
• Supporting and advising subsidiaries and own business areas (national /international) in Export Control / Customs topics
• Preferably coordinator within the small team of Export Control experts
• Networking and main contact person within the VW Group and for all relevant associations and authorities, in particular for BAFA
• Operative cooperation and alignment with Group Export Control (Volkswagen AG)
• Supporting the preparing and commenting of documents for decision-making bodies

WHO YOU ARE

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, business law or international business. Alternatively completed degree in scientific law, computer science or engineering
• Long term professional experience in the field of Export Control & Custom (preferable with focus on software/ license/technical components) in an international environment
• Ability to communicate at all management levels
• Intercultural skills, developed while studying or working abroad
• Affinity towards technology and software development oriented companies, business models, products
• Independent, structured and result-oriented work approach
• Strong team player with above average communication and negotiating skills
• Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with a solution-oriented approach
• Very good level of written and spoken English and German
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS, Excel, MS PowerPoint) and business intelligence tools
