The Role
We have an amazing opportunity to partner with one of our top-tier clients.
This role will challenge you to work with senior leaders across the globe to deliver a best-in-class recruitment service, ensuring that we are able to attract exceptional and diverse talent to our client.
You will do this by creating robust sourcing strategies, leveraging innovative recruitment technology and utilising support from colleagues across various regions. Additionally, your stakeholders will rely on you to provide critical insights into the candidate marketplace and challenge their way of thinking to deliver optimal solutions.
Your role will also include indirect management - leading hiring projects plus identifying and driving opportunities to improve our recruitment practices.
Key Accountabilities
The role of Senior Recruiter will take account for the following tasks:
Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on talent attraction and diversity
Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers
Create and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships
Be a \'recruitment best practice\' champion into the business
Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions,
Involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful output
Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets
Maintain critical metrics and provide the highest data integrity within reporting
Skills & Experience
Extensive recruitment experience, including Director and Senior level hiring
Exceptional stakeholder management skills - able to consult, partner and influence
Effective candidate management: Be an ambassador for premium candidate experience
Able to demonstrate experience of leading and driving diverse recruitment processes
Comfortable working across boundaries and cultures
Experienced in the use of recruitment technology, ideally branding/EVP tools, assessments and/or On-Demand video interviewing
Knowledge of Pharma, Healthcare or Life Sciences recruitment would be advantageous
