coordinate an international project with a focus on project management excellence

ensure the execution of the actions defined with the key stakeholders (Project Management Lead and Board Management) - assign the tasks, track their execution, highlight and resolve the barriers faced, report in a structured and efficient manner on the status define requirements and implement KPIs and follow-up on initiatives

continuously improve the project by challenging the existing structures and working packages

establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and performance management
