Key member of the Investor Relations (IR) team with a focus on providing best-in-class financial communication to existing and potential shareholders, financial analysts, and other external stakeholders. The position includes the dialogue with institutional and private investors as well as financial analysts in line with team and company priorities. Additional responsibilities include the preparation of internal- and external reports, market intelligence and competitive analysis, speech writing and presentation development for senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company during conference calls and meetings with institutional and private investors as well as financial analysts in line with team and company priorities.
Drive the preparation of investor events (analyst conference, field trips, investor days, etc.) by compiling input for Q&A documents and presentations.
Satisfy analyst and investor information needs on specific topics by conducting analysis based on input from internal functions (e.g., Brand, Digital, Sustainability) and communicating insights externally.
Write and develop content for annual- and interim reports, press releases and Q&A documents independently.
Take a lead role in developing and enhancing strategic and operational content for senior management.
Take on project management role for multi-stakeholder capital market-oriented projects.
Provide meaningful analysis of developments around the adidas AG share to internal decision-makers.
Prepare market intelligence and competitive analysis with the purpose of providing internal decision-makers with a comprehensive picture of the company\xe2\x80\x99s competitive environment.
Drive the technical implementation of specific IR related projects such as CRM tools.

An active interest in capital markets, corporate finance, and the sporting goods industry
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Controlling or equivalent background in related fields
4-8 years of professional experience in the field of IR or a comparable function with communications and capital market relevance
