Job Description

The (Senior) Investor Relations Manager (all genders) is directly reporting to the VP Capital Markets. Be a networker and well versed in all aspects of the IR world and come with an excellent reputation within the investor community and a strong understanding of the regulatory requirements.

• Carry out daily tasks including handling buyside and sell side requests
• Support in the further development of the company\'s equity story and investor targeting process
• Develop capital markets communication materials, including earnings presentations and press statements
• Be responsible for financial reporting (annual/half-year reports) together with Accounting/Controlling teams
• Manage the content of the IR website in close collaboration with Legal and Finance teams
• Distribute regulatory publications and news such as ad-hoc announcements, voting rights notifications, etc.
• Support the organisation and execution of capital markets events including the annual general meeting, investor roadshows and conferences, results presentations, etc.
• Be responsible for the continuous development of internal processes and procedures
• Establish a strong collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration or economics, ideally with a focus on finance
• Several years of relevant work experience with at least four years in the field of investor relations/capital markets/banking at a listed company in Germany or at an investor relations consultancy in Germany
• Understanding of the different capital markets participants and regulations
• Good understanding of accounting and KPIs of a listed company
• First experience in the software/technology sector would be ideal
• Hands-on mentality, high motivation and performance-orientation
• Independent, structured, and diligent way of working
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
• Confident and competent behavior in dealing with people of all hierarchical levels
• Strong command of all relevant software tools (e.g. MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel), eqs Cockpit, Capital IQ, IR CRM databases, etc.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory, further languages are a plus
