\n We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Head of Global Sales and Tender Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global sales strategy and for driving revenue growth for our Product "Tank Container" across the globe.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and operations, to align strategies and drive integrated business solutionsManage global key accounts, develop and sustain strong partner relationship by ensuring the quality of service as global standard and delivering value added servicesOversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting as well as ensuring accurate and timely insights to inform strategic decision-makingIdentify business opportunities and generate profitable sales in both new and existing accounts to meet and exceed new business revenue goalsEstablish and manage key customer relationships, playing a critical role in major deal negotiations and high-level client engagements.Drive process excellence in sales (Quote Management and CRM)Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team goals
Your Profile
Minimum 10 years\' experience in sales in the international logistics industry - background in the Tank Container industry is preferred
Proven expertise in crafting and executing successful sales strategies across different markets and regions
Exceptional negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams in a global and multicultural environment
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a passion for innovation
Must exemplify professionalism and leadership qualities with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant technology platforms
