What you bring:
- Academic degree in economics or IT/computer science - Professional experience in functional or financial IT controlling is desirable - (Initial) experience in leading performance dialogs at management level - Ability to quickly adapt to different interlocutors and hierarchy levels as well as to accordingly communicate and convince effectively. - Experience with KPIs, business cases and evaluation models - Knowledge of SAP ERP/BI, database systems and excellent handling of MS Office (especially Excel Pivot and PowerBI) - First experiences with Apptio Cost Transparency or CoPlanner are desirable - Excellent language skills in English and preferably also in German - Willingness to take on responsibility as well as strong communication skills, assertiveness and proactivity - Ability to work actively across cultural and organizational boundaries in an international team
Your tasks:
- You are the central contact person as performance manager (m/w/d) for digital technology finances in the business units you support. - You are responsible for the functional reporting. - You execute planning processes (MTP, budget and forecast) including financial targets for the business and coordinate the internal planning cycles. - You lead the risk management in the business units you are responsible for. - You help shape the financial architecture and bridge the gap between requirements for controlling tools and the support provided by those tools. - You contribute to efficiency improvements, keeping an eye on both the costs and the value contribution. - You support with special topics.
