Create design and documentation according to team\'s guidelines.
Collaborate with product team, engineering teams and business stakeholders for converting abstract requirements to technical items.
Peer review deliverables of team members and provide constructive feedback based on the guidelines of the team.
Collaborate with QA and DevOps team members to define the dependency as requirement.
Adhere to on call duty schedule during contractual working hours and follow the incident management process in the event of an incident on the responsible services.
Prioritize incident and problem management and provide resolution.
Develop into the technical point of contact for the team\'s services and underlying infrastructure like database, logs, pubsub systems.
Be an effective mentor for junior and mid level engineers.
Optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of the backend systems.
Your profile
Solid development and maintenance experience of 7+ years in Java using Spring frameworks
Experience in developing microservices and maintaining the same in production environment
Solid understanding of backend technologies and architectures, including RESTful APIs, microservices, databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), message queues.
Experience in practicing Scrum framework and ability to work profoundly with Jira tool
Ability to communicate with the tech team, product team and business stakeholders in English
