As sales manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks and topics:

• Become a continuous commercial customer interface throughout product life cycle including Stakeholder / Customer Relationship Management & Negotiations.
• You take responsibility for acquisitions within the cross functional team, that is defining the acquisition and pricing strategy using the right acquisition tools, obtaining required releases compliant with Acquire Business Process standards, preparing and triggering release of customer quotation letters, managing acquisition negotiations within released "bottom line", assuring and preparing proper project handover and documentation with customer.
• Furthermore you act as an Acquisition Manager in an consultative way towards the customer, work with Customer Project Managers to define the technical scope and you support the Commercial Manager.

• Education: You have a successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business or similar.
• Experience and know-how: You have at least 4 years of professional experience in the area of finance/controlling as well as solid experience in strategy and organizational development. Ideally you already have industry experience in the areas of Manufacturing, Process Industry, Metals or Mining.
• Enthusiasm: You have a pioneering spirit and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team with a high degree of personal responsibility and creative freedom.
• Personality: You are a strong communicator and approach others openly. Your determination, ability to assert yourself and strong team orientation make you a valuable asset to the team.
• Work practice: You have an analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach as well as high negotiation skills.
• Language: You have very good English and German skills, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel required
