Recruiting Partner (m/f/x)
The position:
As a recruiting partner you own the candidate experience from the execution of employer branding activities until contract signature. As a reliable partner for hiring managers and HR Business partners you are a passionate Daiichi Sankyo ambassador who finds the right talents for our teams to start a long-term career journey with us.
You are responsible for a timely and successful recruiting process from the kick-off meeting up until the selection of the final candidate
You consult on the recruiting strategy and align with hiring managers and HRBPs
You evaluate current and futures needs of the role and ensure a selection process that is in line with the strategy of the department while taking a holistic view on company needs
You provide regular reporting to HR Business Partners and Strategic Recruiting function
You take responsibility for selecting external agencies, when needed, build a preferred supplier list and conduct regular analysis of the collaboration
Execute according to employer branding strategy and collaborate closes with Strategic Recruiting to develop priorities, actions plans and enhancements
University degree, master preferred
At least 5 yrs of experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally partly at executive search companies
Strong communication skills and ability to establish strong collaboration internally and externally
Ability to influence stakeholders
Experience in the Pharma Industry and in the production environment is an advantage. Experience within the Oncology area would be a perfect match.
