\n Radar remote sensing reveals what is denied to optical satellite data - looking through clouds and atmospheric interferences. It is essential to receive otherwise hidden information. To strengthen our remote sensing team in Dresden, we are looking for an expert (gn) in the field of radar remote sensing. We are working in a European and International context and perform projects at the pulse of time. Previous clients that trusted in our expertise are World Bank, European Space Agency, European Commission and industrial partners like Deutsche Telekom. Take your chance to shape the future with your own ideas in the field of radar remote sensing. Dealing with cross-sectoral activities in the fields of emergency response, prevention & preparedness, monitoring of short- and long-term changes, and transformation towards clean energy, we investigate recent or future events and situations with remote sensing technologies. T\xc3\xa4tigkeit:
You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the SAR processing chains covering techniques like coherence analysis, persistent scatterer interferometry, DEM generation and other relevant analysis techniques.
Your IT and scripting skills allow you to efficiently automate data processing and analysis.
You are experienced in the characteristics of RADAR signals/ imagery, which enables you to apply SAR data in the domains emergency response, prevention & preparedness, monitoring of short- and long-term changes, and transformation towards clean energy.
With solution-oriented approaches you can transfer data into information.
Since you will be part of an agile team of EO experts dealing with interdisciplinary projects, fundamentals in optical remote sensing should complete your skills and will enable you to contribute to our remote sensing experts to find integrated solution for complex challenges.
