In the Siemens Gamesa offshore business unit, we drive and manage big scale projects, often lasting 3-4 years of time from the contract signature to final takeover of the wind farm. A strong focus on time, cost and scope is therefor essential in order to successfully execute the projects. Time schedules are born in the early sales phase and evolve throughout the project life cycle. The execution time schedules are developed for construction / installation, commissioning and acceptance phases to plan and monitor these phases on a detailed level. To make sure these schedules are maintained we have the Project Planner | Site Based Planning in our team.
The Project Planner | Site Based Planning has a key role in managing the time schedules in our projects in the construction / installation, commissioning and acceptance phases and directly supports the Construction Project Manager with various planning, controlling and governing tasks. The Project Planner | Site Based Planning ensures that the construction time schedule is at all times updated, maintained, analyzed and that it is communicated
properly towards the relevant stakeholders. The Project Planner | Site Based Planning creates scenarios for project optimization, risk analysis/\xe2\x80\x93mitigation, runs reports and creates visualizations and proposals to enforce important decision making.
