Your responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate M&A projects\n
• Lead cross-functional project teams at Uniper\n
• Participate in the delivery of major corporate group initiatives (strategy, corporate development)\n
• Actively collaborate to derive and update Uniper\xe2\x80\x99s Group Strategy\n
• Provide support in the process of defining portfolio measures\n

Your profile

• \n
• University degree in relevant field with outstanding academic results\n
• First experience in M&A (corporate, investment banking or advisory/big4)\n
• Ideally relevant job experience in the energy sector or related industries, e.g. consulting area\n
• Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic mind with the ability to simultaneously consider a multitude of different variables\n
• High willingness to develop and drive topics, high self-motivation, ability to work independently and under high pressure\n
• Strong personal credibility, excellent team-working skills and ability to build strong working relationships across the Uniper Group\n
• Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humour\n
