Our Digital Transformation team in D\xc3\xbcsseldorf is looking for YOU!

• Actively shape and drive the business area\'s digital transformation journey forward
• Continuously assess, review, and contribute to the area\'s digitalization framework (e.g., vision, strategy, roadmap, tools, and skill set) and support its execution
• Regularly engage with your colleagues and peers to learn about their data, process, and business challenges to jointly develop a sophisticated pipeline of smaller and bigger ideas and initiatives to improve their daily business life
• Support the area in initiating, planning, running, monitoring and steering mostly cross-functional digitalization initiatives in close cooperation with the initiatives\' owners and colleagues from our diverse stakeholder network within Uniper
• Coach, advise and train business colleagues on the application of Information Technologies and (advanced) Data Analytics Tools as well as agile working methods to foster continuous process and data value improvements
• Ongoing scouting, assessment, and piloting of new solutions within the information technology space and its application within our business function (i.e., in the field of artificial intelligence or predictive analytics)

• University degree (Master Level or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Consulting, Informatics or Data Analytics/ Science
• At least 5 years of working experience ideally within a Controlling, Finance, Reporting or Data Management function; background in Energy Industry esp. Energy Trading a plus
• Profound track-record of working experience on change or transformation projects for example as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Business Project Manager or Project/ Workstream lead in agile, classical waterfall and/or hybrid project setups
• Strong practical skills in Information Technologies and Data Analytics in a business setting, especially with regards to data warehouse solutions & cloud services (i.e., Oracle, Snowflake, Azure\xe2\x80\xa6), corporate performance management or enterprise resource planning tools (i.e., SAP, Tagetik\xe2\x80\xa6) and state-of-the-art reporting and office tools (i.e., Microsoft Office, MS Power Platform incl. Power BI\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Analytics (i.e., predictive forecasting), Machine Learning (ML) and/or (generative) Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions like LLMs is of advantage
• Working on own initiative, ability to co-operate, high personal responsibility and data driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills (English a must; German a plus), structured working approach and assertiveness
