Commercial Banking Tribe
You\'ll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.
We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.
Our tribe is on a journey of an extensive digitalisation of business processes and to migrate our applications to the cloud. On that we are working jointly together with our business colleagues in an agile setup and collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineers from other areas thriving to achieve a highly automated and adoptable process and application landscape.
As a Project Manager - Cross Tribe Support & Coordination (m/f/x) you will take a critical cross squad role to ensure consistent scoping, planning, financial governance and technical steering on Tribe Domain level for BizBanking KD.

Your key responsibilities
Supporting program and project management procedures over the entire tribe/ program/ project lifecycle (Planning, Risk, Issue, Status, Dependencies, Quality, Budget, Resources,...)
Ensuring program and project governance according to given governance frameworks
Ensuring financial planning, forecasting, tracking, controlling, and transparency according to given standards
Driving forward and supporting audit, quality assurance and compliance requests and activities
Planning, ensuring and actively bringing forward adequate team-, stakeholder-, and senior management communication/ reporting (presentations, working documents...)
Proactively and regular administration of project and program data in leading PPM system (dbClarity)
Providing "hands-on"-support to project managers and teams /wrt project management related issues and challenges
Auditing and conducting formal health checks on project and program level
Collaborating with all tribe members/ roles, especially with Business
Driving forward and supporting adhoc and special tasks
Having an eye on cultural and team aspects/ recommending solutions to improve
Supporting decision making processes
Facilitating, moderating and result capturing for workshops and meetings (e.g. status meetings, Lessons Learned WS, Kickoff WS...)
Sparring partner for program managers, project managers, line managers
Your skills and experiences
University degree with economical, technological or scientific focus or equivalent working experience
