The Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for Schaeffler\'s global spare parts business. With innovative strength, technical expertise, and the highest product quality, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket is the trend-setting provider of repair solutions and services for internal combustion engines, hybrids, and electric vehicles and prepares the independent aftermarket for the technologies of tomorrow.
Provide qualified support to assigned customer group and sales organization in all phases of the ordering and fulfillment process
Support the sub-area sales force: assist with revenue & sales planning, prepare & forward sales reports, prepare customer contracts/bonuses/approval sheets, assist with preparation and participation in trade shows and customer events, handle correspondence/customer correspondence, market analysis, proposal and customer specific analysis
Implementing and adapting agreed service standards (e.g. quotation and contract management, price list management, master data management, etc.)
Analysis of customer inquiries and complaints including coordination with involved departments to realize corrective actions
Export Excellence: Support Sales Service / Order Processing (proforma, quotation preparation), country specific support export processing, active tracking certificate of origin & analysis / set up / maintenance of preference status on item number level
Consulting of the responsible stakeholders in the sales organization or with the supplier organization
Supervision of the representative office Morocco: Supervision of the representative office employees in the operative day-to-day business & administrative tasks, correspondence with authorities, banks, tax offices and with lawyers on behalf of the supervisor, standard liquidity/cost planning as well as preparation of accruals/accruals for the representative office in coordination with the supervisor, appointment coordination and assignment of the accounting department with transfers, supervision of the external service providers/representatives Africa in the operative day-to-day business
Supervision of RepXpert requests: creation of purchase requisitions of external services, review of new item number with Product Management & new item additions as well as follow-up
Education: Successfully completed university education in business administration or comparable specialized vocational training (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade clerk)
Work experience: at least 1-2 years, ideally in the export environment
Business fluent in German, English and French - knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Very good knowledge of the MS-Office package, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Very strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a strategic, innovative paired with a customer-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills, confident demeanor and assertiveness
