What will you be doing \n
\n
\n

• \n
• You are mainly responsible for the management of our onboarding processes with focus on existing and future KYC- and QES solutions for our retail customers across all products in line with our "Buy Now Pay Later" strategy\n
• You will lead the relation to our KYC providers to continually optimize the customer experience, in particular for our Amazon installment proposition\n
• You analyse customer, market, and competition data to identify optimization potentials and solve customer problems. You prioritise initiatives in line with our corporate goals\n
• You work in collaboration with various departments within the company (e.g., Marketing, IT, Legal) and lead strategic initiatives from concept development to management decision and execution\n
• You excel with a structured approach, clear communication, and bring together the expertise of all areas to develop the best possible solutions for our private customers\n
• In everything you do, you always keep customer needs in mind and, of course, have the right mindset to drive projects forward, motivate your project team, and question things openly\n
• You have a convincing and clear presence, and storytelling is second nature to you\n

What we\'re looking for \n

• \n
• At least 3 years of experience in product management in banking, fintech, or management consulting with projects in the payment or financing field.\n
• Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in economics or business informatics or comparable\n
• A good understanding of the credit card business and/or card-based financing solutions; alternatively, digital installment loans or financing solutions in e-commerce\n
• You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy using them.\n
• You have excellent communication skills and persuasiveness when dealing with interdisciplinary and international stakeholders, as well as C-level management\n
• You independently evaluate market and technology trends and adapt them for Barclays\n
• Fluent English skills complete your profile\n
