Your mission
As Procurement Sourcing Manager - HR & Corporate Services, you become a central figure in Accenture\xe2\x80\x99s Procurement Plus organization. You are therefore responsible for readying the supply chain in order for Accenture to provide its market-leading offer to clients and enable HR and Corporate Services\xe2\x80\x99 vision. You will work with the latest technologies to drive collaboration in a range of innovative projects.

Your daily work

Category Strategy:

• Work with local business stakeholders to understand local business requirements
• Lead the implementation of the global strategy in the ASG market unit (ASG = Austria, Switzerland, Germany)
• Ensure Category Management team is informed of local category strategy and targets

Sourcing & Contracting

• Lead sourcing exercises including RFIs and RFPs in the ASG market unit to deliver the category strategy and market unit objectives, approx. yearly spend of 50mn \xe2\x82\xac
• Provide support in upfront market research and supplier identification for all high value and strategic sourcing projects
• Facilitate the roll-out of global/regional/local sourcing initiatives within the ASG market unit

Supplier Management

• Build trusted partnerships with our supplier panel to deliver our strategy and market unit objectives
• Manage KPI reporting of supplier performance, and identify opportunities for data to improve the delivery of our category strategy
• Ensure suppliers are delivering services and performing obligations in line with contractual requirements

At Accenture the HR and Corporate Services category covers Human Resources, Finance, Legal and Professional Services.

The procurement buyer lead is responsible for ensuring we have the right supply chain to deliver the goods and services to enable the HR and Corporate Services vision and priorities. This involves working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, leading sourcing and contracting exercises in the market to identify new suppliers and the supplier management of our existing partners

Who you are

• Proven knowledge of Procurement methodology and sourcing execution
• Several years of experiences in buying in the HR & Corporate Services category and sub categories
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication (written & oral), interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship building and communication skills aligned to a proactive customer-focused approach
• Comfortable working in a matrix type organization
• Language requirements: German and English fluent
• CIPS or similar Procurement qualifications are an advantage
• Full and-or part-time possible, remote working possible
