Generate, process and record new sales leads based on the department strategy (in English and German)
Answer communication from customers and deal with problems on ad-hoc basis
Assist in preparing contractual agreements as well as pricing sheets
Take contractual sales information and input into ERP software (CANIAS)
Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied
Arrange travel plans and appointments for visiting clients and team members
Quick, flexible and proactive in responding to emails, texts, and phone calls (by next day at latest policy)
Deals with any customer complaints directed to him/her and resolve the issue as necessary
Support PR and digital media development where necessary
Organize and execute plans for International events (logistics, travel, accommodation, entertainment) with the support of the hosting sales manager & client
Organize and execute plans for major exhibition participation (logistics, travel, accommodation, entertainment)
Calculate pricing proposals, understand margins, for projects in tandem with Head of Department
