Your work field
You will ensure the day-to-day operations from orders to revenues. You will work closely together with the dedicated Customer Care and Order Management Teams for Central Eastern Europe.
You will act like an ambassador of close collaboration across various departments like Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain, where you will be addressing various customer related topics.
In addition, you will be a customer advocate within the organization.
Further, you will improve operational processes to become the best supplier for our customers.

Your profile
The ideal candidate has a proven track record within a previous field, paired with a good understanding of customer service processes within the B2B environment.
We are looking for a candidate with solid SAP knowledge.
Solid experience with various sensor technologies a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English will be an asset. A Central Eastern European language is a strong advantage (Polish, Czech, Slovakian, Greek, Croatian or Serbian).
