• Support the Bosch Group as a negotiation expert and internal consultant for difficult negotiation cases with focus on purchasing and sales. Make our central departments and business units fit for bi- and multilateral negotiations in various material fields!
• As negotiation expert, you will be responsible for the execution of procurement and negotiation projects using game theory in Germany and abroad.
• Your profound knowledge makes you a competent contact person in the field of negotiation when it comes to tactical preparation, consulting as well as coaching.
• In this context, you will work on the further development of negotiation methods and tools.

• Education: completed university studies in economics, engineering, mathematics, law or a comparable subject
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in negotiation consulting and leadership, in-depth knowledge and experience in game theory; practical negotiation experience in purchasing and/or sales, experience in delivering negotiation trainings
• Personality and Working Practice: you are an assertive team player and have excellent communication and collaboration skills with the creativity to strive for a global optimum with cross-functional teams at all levels of hierarchy (intern and extern); your strengths include networking affinity and ability to teach and coach; you have a structured way of working with an analytical and innovative mindset
• Enthusiasm: enjoy strategic thinking and implementation as well as a willingness to travel worldwide
• Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English, other foreign language(s) desirable
