We are looking for a Marketing Strategy & Analytics Manager (all genders) to join our headquarters in Berlin and support Delivery Hero\xe2\x80\x99s brands on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Your mission:

Collaborate with local and central teams to set Marketing priorities and shape the marketing strategy for our Delivery Hero brands and markets.

Run strategic analysis and use marketing reports and tools to generate insights and provide recommendations for solving business challenges related to marketing performance, budgeting, customer acquisition and retention, and ROI measurement for Delivery Hero\xe2\x80\x99s markets.

Work closely with all central marketing teams, as well as cross collaboratively with other departments to identify opportunities and recommend improvement points to local markets.

Support regional partners to roll-out marketing initiatives across the globe.

Your heroic skills:

5+ years of experience in a strategic / analytical role within management consulting, strategy, digital marketing or e-commerce.

Passionate about data, with creative problem solving abilities and an eye for detail.

You are able to answer business questions with data-based insights, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.

You have proven experience with managing small / medium-scale projects from start to end.

You have excellent Excel skills.

You are highly proactive, analytical, well organized and can quickly learn and adapt to changes.

You are good at building relationships and managing a broad stakeholder matrix in a complex organization.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

A degree in marketing, business or similar subject.

Working experience in fields of marketing.

Knowledge of SQL/python/ other analytical tools
