\n We are looking for an open-minded person with a strong sense of ownership to bring Marketing & Sales Automation to a new level. Create data-driven, disruptive and engaging customer-focused Omni-Channel campaigns with the goal to generate subscribers as well as high-quality leads in the B2B environment, and to ensure a stable Funnel Management & Tracking/Analytics system for Marketing. Hereby, you will put a strong focus on automated nurturing streams in the Marketing & Sales Automation Landscape and work closely with the stakeholders of all other marketing channels (SEA, SEO, social media, etc.), Product Marketing and Sales. Even though the other online Marketing Channels will be out of your scope, you should have an under-standing of the digital landscape and their possibilities.
You will support to establish a future proofed Marketing & Sales Automation program by supporting to set up the tool landscape and support the global roll-out
You will be responsible for driving and developing our email marketing, setting up automated campaigns for generating new leads/prospects and nurture existing customers to leverage the Aftersales revenue and make usage of the Cross- and Upselling possibilities
You will ensure the global roll-out of the automated nurturing campaigns and support the colleagues globally herewith
You will set up campaigns, forms and support constantly to optimize the lead scoring, create workflows and ensure high data quality in the tools
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring A/B tests to optimize the customer journey in alignment with other stakeholders
You monitor running campaigns on a global scale, as well as its analysis and derive potential optimization from
You have experience with Marketing & Sales Automation tools (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce)
You have a Bachelor or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business and/or engineering with focus on Marketing, or equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience
You have 3-5 years experience in customer journey development and existing customer campaigning in a digital context
You have strong ownership, entrepreneurial approach, envisioning abilities
You have a high x-functional collaboration attitude, strong stakeholder management capabilities, strong operational discipline and a strong problem-solving creativity
You are a good team player with exceptional communication skills in German and English
