\n As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer (f/m/d) in full-time for our renowned customer in Oberpfaffenhofen nearly Munich with immediate effect.

Your day to day:

Create Manufacturing Bill of Material and work instructions to enable production in time and quality.

Continuously update requited manufacturing documentation in production IT environment as per latest design release.

Support continuous and smooth production of detail part, sub assembly, assembly and installation as required in xxx production factory.

Support state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing process with efficient problem solving and root cause and corrective expertise.

Collaborate closely with our other Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Production Planning, Logistics and technicians to ensure on time delivery.

Provide shop floor support & champion continuous improvement across the entire production network.

Support digital processes for high volume production logistics, process definition, and planning.

Feed back learning from shop floor to New Product Introduction teams and design teams contribution to design for manufacturing, scale and value.

Working on-site is required

Your profile:

Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering degree

Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering in Aerospace

Experience in safety-critical industries (e.g., aviation, healthcare, military, etc) or high volume production is required

ICT Skills: Microsoft Office, ERP, MES and CAD

Hands-on mentality and heavy collaboration with production teams to secure continuous production flow

Adept at working cross-functionally, especially with Design Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Program Management, and other cross-business functions

Lean awareness - Simplification mindset, continuous improvement, health & safety conscious

Excellent analytical capabilities with a drive to challenge the status quo

Good English language skills
