Your responsibilities
Approve, monitor and document internal global requests for interactions with healthcare decision makers in the EMEA region
Work closely and confidentially with the operational business units in EMEA as well as with departmental colleagues from overseas
Take a leading role in the preparation of contract documents for HCP/O interactions and be the first point of contact for business unit staff on contractual issues
Responsible for compliance with laws, internal regulations and industry association rules with regards to HCP/O interactions and related contracts
Perform contract controlling and support the Olympus business units in the implementation of the concluded contracts
Support risk management and perform checks for business relationships with HCP/Os
Contribute to the improvement of systems and processes by identifying issues, problems and developing improvement opportunities
Your qualification
International legal studies and master from a German University (commercial lawyer, state exam, etc.)
Experience in a contracting role in a legal or compliance department
Experience in the MedTech industry as well as knowledge in Health Care Compliance
Experience in working in international teams
Consulting competence, recipient-oriented communication skills as well as a confident appearance
Experience working in a multinational company and working in a cross-cultural team
Excellent communication skills and command of English - both written and spoken
Team spirit, reliability and commitment
