German Desk Outbound Customer Service Role Remote
Job Description
The roles are remote-based initially and office-based when the pandemic ends or it is safe to travel to work (as per Irish Government guidelines). The company office is based in Co. Cork, Ireland
Company: Multinational, global
Main responsibilities:
- Contacting existing customers to inform them about company additional services or new campaigns
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements
Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
- Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
- Keep an updated customer database
- Track and document calls and sales
- Update client records
Minimum Requirements
- Fluent in German and Engish
- Excellent communication, relationship-building skills
- Telesales background/outbound calling experience
Salary: up to €33.5K p/a
