Due to our dynamic growth, we are currently looking for a Legal Counsel Renewable Energy (f|m|d) to support our team in T\xc3\xbcbingen, Munich or remotely within Germany:
You will draft, review and negotiate (framework) agreements and terms & conditions with local and international component suppliers and customers
You will advise management and local teams on various types of procurement and sales related legal questions (for example on logistics, IP matters, warranties, parent company guarantees etc.)
The development, implementation and negotiation of various forms of commercial agreements (such as procurement, sale and others as required by local businesses) will likewise be part of your function
You will support corporate structuring and M&A activities as well as assist in the set-up of new entities
You will identify the need for legal support, input, legal risk mitigation and management across the Solar Trade EMEA business and you will support the implementation of internal guidelines and requirements
You will engage and manage external legal advisors
You are a qualified lawyer (with both German state examinations or international qualifications), ideally with above average results
You are motivated and pro-active, prepared to take ownership and drive matters, and you are service-orientated with strong communication skills
You have a keen understanding of commercial needs, entrepreneurial approach and excellent negotiation skills, desire to deal also with unknown legal matters outside own area of legal expertise to further develop professional skills,
You are happy to work in interdisciplinary and international teams and able to tailor advice appropriately according to business needs
Your working style is flexible and efficient, furthermore are you naturally well prepared and organised and able to deal with competing priorities to meet deadlines while keeping excellent attention to detail
You possess fluent German and English language skills
You have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in private practice or in-house, ideally experienced in trade law and general contract law
