We are currently looking for several people across Germany for the Cloud business unit:
Lead Architect ServiceNow (f/m/d)
Possible locations are Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, Ratingen, Cologne, Hamburg or Stuttgart.
Your tasks and responsibilities:

Lead Architect ServiceNow (f/m/d)
Possible locations are Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, Ratingen, Cologne, Hamburg or Stuttgart.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- As an experienced ServiceNow expert, you are the contact person for complex inquiries and topics.
- With your expertise, you will strategically expand the ServiceNow ITSM area and support the further expansion and development of the ServiceNow team.
- You support customers from the design and adaptation of their ITIL processes, their IT organizational structure to the use and implementation of the right tools to digitize and automate the processes.
- Experience and deep knowledge of ServiceNow
- Hunger for new challenges in customer projects in the technical ServiceNow environment
- Understanding of the service integration approach and ecosystem
- Good knowledge of governance models and IT organizational models
- Ideally practical knowledge of and/or certification of ITIL
- You have very good knowledge English and German
- Interesting and varied area of \xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bresponsibility through different customers, multifaceted technical topics, participation in technical conferences and lots of further trainings
