RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recording business transactions / assisting the specialist in sub-areas according to instruction.

Job description Finance Specialist:

Executing the end-of-month accounts as a basis for controlling purposes.

Executing depreciation postings as part of monthly and annual accounts.

Recording incoming and outgoing invoices as well as credits.

Managing the archiving process to guarantee the audit process in accordance with statutory regulations.

Carrying out regular dunning runs to ensure liquidity and manage customer credit.

Organising accounting control to ensure that liabilities are correct.

Maintaining master data for the correct execution of payment and dunning runs.

Checking customer creditworthiness to minimise the risk of bad debts.

Carrying out regular payment runs to avail of cost advantages and to ensure future deliveries.

Posting incoming payments to the liquidity overview and current status of accounts receivable.

Recording plant master data to fulfil legal regulations (+ calculated) when executing depreciation postings.

Organising asset movements in order to record divestitures.

Recording general G/L account documents in preparation for the monthly and annual accounts.

Updating bank and cash-based accounting.

Carrying out the monthly VAT returns.

Monitoring payment dates for recurring payments (e.g. tax) and direct debits / bank debits.

REQUIREMENTS:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufm\xc3\xa4nnischen Bereich mit Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

SAP Kenntnisse und Microsoft Office Anwendungen
