YOUR TASKS

Take the driver\'s seat and help us shape the energy transition (your contribution to our mission):

Research and analyse energy transformation trends in renewable energy, grid modernization, energy storage, electrification, hydrogen

Compile data from various sources and transform them into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to inform our Team of Directors

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders

Stay current with advancements in energy technologies, market trends, and best practices to contribute to ECONs thought leadership in the industry

Support the development of strategic roadmaps for improving knowledge management

Act as interface between the consultant and knowledge team

Network with key units within the E.ON Group and relevant external research networks

Report to our Research & Knowledge Team Lead

YOUR PROFILE

Your friends sometimes affectionately call you a know-it-all because you like to get to the bottom of things (and let\'s face it, you usually know better)? You have a soft spot for data and visualization? Then you could be the right person for us, if you fulfil the following requirements:

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python)

Familiarity with energy market dynamics and data

Initial work experiences in Research and/or Knowledge Management

Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and AI tools to enhance knowledge management is desirable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

German or willingness to learn is desirable

Completion of university degree course (Master\'s/Diploma) with strong academic record

Good knowledge of agile working methods and tools as well as project management.

Aptitude and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges.
