Your tasks

• Be the first point of contact for our customers and help us maintain the good image of the company by helping our customers with their problems in a timely, professional and friendly manner
• Be the point of contact for our carriers so that with their help we can find a quick solution to our customers\' problems.
• You will actively and proactively communicate with other departments to find necessary information for our customers.

Your profile

• Initial customer service experience (desirable, but not required)
• We\'re looking for a language talent \xe2\x80\x93 fluent in the following languages: German C1, English B2/C1, French B2/C1 and Italian B2/C1
• Demonstrate stress tolerance and patience when communicating with our customers. Showing empathy towards our customers and understanding of their needs and problems is crucial to us.
• Basic knowledge of computer usage and ability to learn new programs and portals
