In cooperation with our Bus Division, we are currently establishing an organization that will bundle and optimize the Customer Services and Parts (CSP) business for Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Buses.

We, the Customer Operations Team, develop IT solutions that support the Daimler Truck Aftersales organization. This requires modern solutions for support, knowledge management and data analysis.

Your tasks will be:

• As Product Owner, you are responsible for the creation, design and further development of our Control Center Aftersales and related reporting solutions
• You manage external development teams (SCRUM) and shape the application landscape of your area of responsibility
• You define your own services and integrate third-party services to map innovative/interactive solutions
• You develop sustainable support, operational and further development models and implement them operationally
• Your area of responsibility also includes overarching budget planning and control, as well as quality assurance
• You support management in evaluating solutions and thereby bring about decisions

What makes you different:

• Degree (IT, business IT, mathematics, economics or similar) or comparable qualification
• Several years\' experience as an IT product owner of complex IT solutions in the field of ticketing and monitoring and the management of IT suppliers
• Practical experience in the planning and implementation of highly complex projects and interdisciplinary teams (project management experience and project management methods & tools)
• Experience in preparing strategic decisions and target group-oriented communication at all management levels
• Good knowledge of heterogeneous IT architectures, complex distributed IT infrastructures and modern technologies (e.g. REST APIs, SOA, AWS, Azure)
• Proficient in English; German is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and commitment
• Result-oriented, independent work with strong team orientation
