Your main tasks will include:

- From Day 1, you will work on complex, cross-border M&A transactions gaining international exposure spanning European, US and Japanese markets.

You will be part of our M&A team from Day 1, supporting the team across the entire deal lifecycle, from sourcing, DD, transaction, and PMI
Your main tasks will include:
- You create a M&A deal flow to support our sourcing activities.
- You design and maintain complex financial and valuation models.
- You conduct comprehensive company and industry analyses.
- You collaborate with advisors and oversee the due diligence process.
- You assist the team during commercial and financial DDs.
- You support in drafting investment committee documents.
- You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Economics, preferably with a specialization in Finance, M&A, or Accounting, and have an interest in the pharmaceutical industry.
- You have gained experience in M&A or corporate finance through internships in Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting.
- You possess strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
- You are skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- You are proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
