SIMULIA, part of Dassault Syst\xc3\xa8mes, is looking for an Intern (m/w/d) contributing to the topic of electric machine simulation. The Electromagnetics Workflow team within SIMULIA R&D organization is involved in defining, developing and testing multi-disciplinary workflows helping to design electrical drive trains.

SIMULIA, part of Dassault Syst\xc3\xa8mes, is looking for an Intern (m/w/d) contributing to the topic of electric machine simulation. The Electromagnetics Workflow team within SIMULIA R&D organization is involved in defining, developing and testing multi-disciplinary workflows helping to design electrical drive trains.
- Creation of parametric CAD models of electrical machines that serve as a database for different types of machines.
- Carrying out and documenting simulation software and workflow tests.
- Contribute to workflow development by using Python as a scripting language for FEM software.
- You are studying Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
- Knowledge about the working principle of electrical machines.
- Knowledge of the Python programming language.
- Experience with FEM based simulation tools and CAD design.
- Creativity, initiative and independent working style, but also very good teamwork skills.
- You are able to communicate in English on a business level.
- Flexible working hours with the possibility to work partially outside the office
