Leading a professional HR team of 5+ Employees which is actively shaping the HR work in a future-oriented way in operating in a broad network between global and local key stakeholders to rolling out and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, activities and programs to support our EMEA Region with approx. 300 Employees
Define, roll out and continuous improvement of HR processes and ensure they are implemented according to group standards and local customs and regulations group standards, regulations and local customs and labour law provisions and the handling of labour law matters
Create a culture that fosters high engagement and top performance and a motivating work environment
Proactively facilitates and coaches in change management and organizational development initiatives as a partner for the management

Define and track relevant HR KPI-s including monitoring achievement and implementing measures
Trustful cooperation with the German works councils
Successfully completed studies or adequate qualification and minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in a leading HR position in an international operating company
High level of consulting competence in dealing with the management and decision-making level of an international matrix organisation
Sound knowledge of German labour and collective bargaining law and proven success in working with employee representatives
Excellent communication skills in German and English
A keen eye for improvement opportunities in human resources structures and processes and pragmatism in implementation
High integrity and an adequate level of resilience
Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, optionally SuccessFactors (HRIS)
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
