You have successfully completed your studies and have gained several years of experience as a leader in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition in a dynamic and international corporate environment\n
You impress us with your track record of (key) hirings, are familiar with the latest trends in recruiting, employer branding, and people analytics, and are always looking to improve\n
You are a strong communicator, charismatic, and open-minded, capable of inspiring others as a brand ambassador for Yoummday, including in the English language\n
You love motivating your team to achieve their best, possess excellent interpersonal skills, are familiar with various recruiting methods, and want to leave your mark\n
You describe yourself as structured, well-organized, and make the right decisions based on your analyses\n
