The Secure Connected Edge Business Line delivers technologies that enable seamless, secure connections between people, devices, and the environment. In this global, cross-functional role, you are leading a diverse team of marketing & communications experts that thrive to share NXP\xe2\x80\x99s vision for the smart home, smart factories, and smart cities of the future. You will work in close collaboration with business and marketing leaders across the globe as well as with digital marketing, PR, social media peers and agencies.
With the next wave of semiconductor growth being driven by the rise of secure connected edge devices, we expect you to grow NXP\xe2\x80\x99s thought leadership for edge solutions across various markets. In this role, you will create and align our messaging, lead key customer collaboration initiatives and orchestrate impactful content creation together with your team.
The position is open to tech enthusiasts in Europe, ideally at one of NXP\xe2\x80\x99s sites in Hamburg (Germany), Gratkorn (Austria), or Toulouse/ Mougins (France). You will report into the Vice President of Global Marketing & Communications and be part of a team of 70+ colleagues across the globe. Your objective is to create and execute on impactful Marketing & Communications strategies that increase awareness for NXP in Asia, the U.S. and Europe and to help grow business in the IoT, Industrial and mobile vertical.
Responsibilities:
This position will lead and oversee a team of MarCom professionals with a scope to:
Lead our global SCE MarCom team, orchestrating all MarCom activities in line with NXP\xe2\x80\x99s innovation and growth strategy \xe2\x80\x93 ranging from executive keynotes, marketing materials, new product introductions and internal communications
Initiate and execute on thought leaderships activities, customer programs or projects, integrated marketing campaigns, events, PR, Social Media
Partner with subject matter experts and agencies to create content along an aligned set of priorities and messages for all our marketing and communications channels
Collaborate closely with an internal brand and creative team or agencies for a consistent and impactful look & feel
Guide event participation and drive event-related promotions
Provide reporting across key initiatives and input to executive management presentations
Qualifications:
8+ years of work experience in Marketing & Communications, preferably in B2B and/or tech environment
Proven leadership and team management skills
Creative thinking with an affinity for innovation and problem-solving
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, PR, communications, or related field
Minimum Requirements:

In-depth understanding across online marketing disciplines including performance marketing, content marketing, and email marketing
Strong project management skills: ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
