- Lead, along with your team, the responsibility for worldwide pharmacovigilance activities, contributing to measurable patient safety and company success.\n
- To guide and develop the motivated employees of your team, consisting of 7 members, in line with our Core Values.\n
- Actively participate and continuously improve the PV system and work with the PV database.\n
- Create and maintain relevant PV SOPs and PSMF, as well as independently plan and develop other PV documents (e.g., PSUR, RMP, PV contracts).\n
- Evaluate and process literature cases and spontaneous reports (e.g., adverse event reports) scientifically.\n
- Plan and conduct PV training for our global partners and employees.\n
- Prepare and accompany PV audits and inspections.\n
- Engage in close collaboration with other departments and partners worldwide to foster effective cooperation.\n

- Completed university degree with a focus on natural sciences, preferably (but not necessary) in human medicine or pharmacy.\n
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in pharmacovigilance.\n
- Desirable initial experience in (digital) leadership of employees and teams, led by an inspiring leadership personality.\n
- Ability to efficiently and purposefully coordinate and lead projects, combined with a goal-oriented and independent approach.\n
- Reliability, dedication, and precision.\n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.\n
- Proficient in written and spoken English, additional language skills such as French, Spanish, Russian, or Arabic are advantageous.\n
- Excellent proficiency in using MS Office.\n
