As part of the People Department, you will partner with our company leaders to enable them to make great decisions everyday. In tandem with all employees you create exceptional opportunities for growth and development. WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING

• Assist in easy payroll data entry into Personio and/or payroll input files
• Support with monitoring payroll related tickets in Jira and provide reply on generic requests
• Assist in maintaining employee payroll files
• Receive and distribute payroll mail in a secure manner
• Process uploads of employees\' payslips/tax forms and other payroll related documents in Personio
• Support in processing requests from former employees
• Other ad-hoc payroll related tasks

WHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR

• Currently studying Finance, Accounting or other related subjects
• Strong interest in payroll/ people operations industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
• Fluency in English and German
