Your Mission: As the (Senior) Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our insurance and whitelabel customers, ensuring their support and ongoing development of our whitelabel apps.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Foster and enhance connections with current insurance clients, strategically advancing these relationships.
• Guarantee seamless functionality of the applications and resolve any arising issues.
• Strategise, supervise, and execute requests, initiatives, launches, and procedures in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor relevant product/app objectives (Key Performance Indicators) jointly with the client, ensuring their fulfillment.
• Analyse and scrutinise app-related data to pinpoint possibilities for enhancing the app encounter.
• Take charge of meetings and workshops with customers, getting ready and presenting analysis outcomes via reports.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 3-4 years of involvement in project management, B2B key account handling, or comparable positions.
• Proficient communication abilities in both French and English, accompanied by a respectable grasp of the German language.
• Find joy in constructing and nurturing client connections, demonstrating superb interpersonal proficiencies.
• Exceptionally organized, focused on details, and skilled in adept negotiation, even in high-pressure scenarios.
• Display a proactive, solution-centric approach, driven by data and an affinity for technological remedies.
• Driven to actively contribute to app strategy and communication, crafting a favorable user experience that advocates for a healthy lifestyle.
